Angela Watson

Angela Christine Watson is a model and actress from the U.S. She was best known by her character Karen Foster, the daughter of Carol Foster Lambert's character Suzanne Somers in the American sitcom Step by Step. Angela Watson holds a National Board Certified Teacher's Certificate as well as Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Her 11-year classroom experience is in addition to over ten years working as an instructor. Angela began this site in 2003 when she was a brand new teacher to help educators develop a positive attitude and share classroom ideas. It began as Ms. Powell's Management Ideas for Teachers. In 2008, it changed the name and changed its name to The Cornerstone for Teachers in honor of her first book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek program is in use by over 45,000 school districts in order to increase productivity. The program was initially designed to help educators, but 40 Hour was later adapted in order to encompass instructional coaches, as well as administrative staff. The program helps teachers become more focused on their contracts for teaching and time so that they are focused on the things that matter.
