Richard B. Cheney is famous American public servant, businessman, and politician. Cheney was a familiar name in Washington's political scene. George W. Bush will be the fourth U.S. President. Bush chose Cheney on July 20, 2000 as his vice-presidential running mate commenting on Cheney's wisdom and judgment. Dick Cheney, who served in the United States as secretary and chief of staff during the presidency and also in Congress is a tremendous serving our country. Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on January 30, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. At the age of 13, Richard Bruce and his family moved to Casper (in the state of Wyoming) in Wyoming, where his father was Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's soil conservation district.
